Besides the fact that everything here is adapted to make our purring friends the happiest, there are a few things that are good to know.
Check-in and check-out – to be arranged at the reservation.
Vaccination – in long stays, if the cat needs a vaccine, our vet can provide it.
Safety during the stay – Your cat will be in a very safe and contained environment with no possibility of escaping or hurting himself.

Supervision is done live via room´s surveillance camera which you can also access at a distance. You will be given a link that will be deactivated when your cat leaves the hotel. So, total privacy too…
Food – we will need you to bring your cat´s food. We follow the owners’ directions and stick to the same routines so the stay feels like home. In case you cannot do it, we only provide gastrointestinal veterinary food dry and wet.
Cleaning – each room has a vacuum cleaner outlet for silent cleaning. We disinfect thoroughly every room between stays with High quality veterinary products, and the air is constantly refreshed and filtered.
