Conditions of admissibility

Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel conditions the admission of your cat to the following:

  • The mandatory identification by microchip and registration in the SIAC database (DL no. 82/2019, of 27 June) of cats residing in Portugal. And passport with identification for cats not residing in Portugal.
  • Full and up-to-date vaccination before entering the Hotel (minimum Trivalent) and the presentation of the health bulletin.
  • Must come dewormed internally and externally.
  • In the Cat’s Booking Form that you must fill in, you must state the general state of health, medication, if necessary, the veterinarian’s contact and all relevant information about the cat.
  • You should bring your own food. We only offer dry and wet gastrointestinal food from Proplan or Royal Canin if this is impossible.

About Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel

  • Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel ensures that each cat has its own exclusive space.
  • If a medical problem arises during your cat’s stay that does not require immediate attention, you will be contacted and informed of the situation, and we will follow your instructions. We will contact you or your emergency contacts for instructions in an emergency situation or an injury requiring immediate medical attention. If contact is not possible, we will provide the minimum treatment necessary to preserve the life and well-being of your cat. This will be charged in addition to the cost of its stay.
  • Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel cannot be held responsible for any injury, illness, damage or anything more serious to your cat during and after its stay.
  • To make a booking, you must agree to comply with Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel’s Conditions of Admissibility and sign the Liability Statement.
  • Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with any of the points identified, not to accept the admission of a cat.
  • Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel reserves the right to make alterations to these terms and conditions at any time by simply posting the changes online on the website. The client is responsible for checking and complying with them at the time of each use.
  • This page must be consulted frequently and always before the entrance of your cat in the Hotel.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations will be made online at Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel website.

Methods of payment
Payment is made directly via online payment in connection with the booking. We take the most common payment cards. We do not accept cash.

When booking, you must fill in the form correctly indicating the number of cats, dates, number of days and room typology (subject to confirmation of availability by Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel),

The cost of the stay will be invoiced before check-in and any extra will be invoiced at check-out.

Reservation Code
You will find your reservation code in the confirmation email and under Bookings in My Account.

Check-in and Check-out
Weekdays and Saturdays

  • Check-out between 9h00 and 13h00;
  • Check-in between 15h00 and 19h00
    Sundays and Holidays – To be arranged

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a no-show at Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel at the time set for check-in indicated on the booking voucher, the booking may be cancelled. The amount paid will not be refunded.

Cancellations:
2 days before the reservation – 100 % refund
1 day before the reservation – 50 % refund
On the reservation day – no refund

The value of each room includes 1 cat/day; each extra cat adds 10 euros/day until the limit of the room’s capacity. The room rates include accommodation, sand and water. Any extra charge will be debited at check out.

Any changes to the reservation require the express agreement of Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel, may imply changes in values and/or be subject to the payment of other charges.

Purrfection Plaza Cat Hotel reserves the right to upgrade accommodation and/or other services at no additional cost, and downgrading (if any and by extreme necessity) will only be done with the knowledge and acceptance of the client.
